Questions about becoming an affiliate
Is signing up free?
Yes. Signing up for the affiliate program is free. You must be 18 or older.
Do I need my own SLAY AI subscription?
No. You do not need a subscription to become an affiliate. Many affiliates do use SLAY AI, and sharing your own experience is one of the most natural ways to recommend it.
Do I need a large audience?
No. One useful introduction to the right person counts. You can share with a list, a community, or one person you want to help.
Can coaches and attorneys participate?
Coaches, creators, advocates and supporters can all sign up. Attorneys and law firms are not part of this program. They work with SLAY AI through Legal Pro at slaylegal.ai.
Which subscriptions qualify?
SLAY AI consumer subscriptions: Basic, Plus, Premium and the yearly plans. High ticket programs and SLAY AI Legal Pro are not part of this program.
Do free trials earn commissions?
No. A free trial earns nothing. Your commission starts at the first paid charge. From then on you earn 25% of each paid subscription payment for that customer's first 12 months.
How are referrals tracked?
Through your personal referral link. If someone clicks your link and subscribes within 90 days, the referral is yours. If they click another affiliate's link after yours, the last click gets the credit.
When and how do I get paid?
By PayPal, once a month by the 15th. A commission becomes payable 60 days after the payment clears, as long as it is not refunded or disputed. The minimum payout is $50. A lower balance rolls over to the next month. Before your first payout we need your PayPal email and a tax form: a W-9 in the US, a W-8 outside the US.
What happens if a customer gets a refund?
If the refund or dispute happens before the commission is payable, it is never paid. If it happens after we pay you, we take it off your next payout.
Where do I find my promotional assets?
In your affiliate dashboard, next to your referral link: email copy, social captions, graphics and video scripts, each with the required disclosure built in.
Can I run ads?
Yes, with limits. Use only the copy and assets we provide or approve in writing. Do not use the SLAY AI or Rebecca Zung name in a domain, a web address or an ad account name. Do not pay people to click or sign up. Do not bid on our brand names in search or any ad platform: "SLAY AI", "slaypro", "Rebecca Zung", "The Leverage Lawyer", "SLAY Method", or any misspelling of them.
Can I promote outside the US?
The program is built for English-speaking audiences, mainly in the US. We pay by PayPal only. If you live outside the US, send us a W-8 before your first payout.
